General
Company name, logo, default currency, timezone — this information appears on your commercial documents (quotes, invoices) and throughout the app.
Document numbering
Every document type (quotes, orders, invoices, credit notes…) follows its own numbering sequence, customizable from Settings → Numbering.
Email templates
Emails sent by the app (invitations, password resets) follow templates you can adapt to your identity, from Settings → Email templates.
Backups
Merakos lets you export your company's data to secure storage, on demand or on a regular schedule — from Settings → Backups.
