By accessing this site or creating a Merakos ERP trial account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of service
Merakos ERP is business management software offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service). merakos.cloud presents the product and lets you start a free trial; the application itself is available at app.merakos.cloud.
Account registration
To use Merakos ERP, you create an account through our signup form. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Free trial
Merakos ERP offers a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. When it ends, you're free to move to a paid plan or stop — no automatic commitment is made.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to compromise its security, availability, or integrity.
Intellectual property
The site, the Merakos brand, and the Merakos ERP software are the property of Reflect IT Service LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property right in them to you.
Fees and payment
Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Moving to a paid plan is arranged directly with our sales team; no charge is ever made without your explicit agreement.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a clear violation of these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no implied warranty as to its fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reflect IT Service LLC's liability under these terms is limited to direct, foreseeable damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where Reflect IT Service LLC is registered, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable in your country of residence.
Changes
We may amend these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
