Reports

A catalog, not a set of fixed screens

Rather than fixed dashboards, Merakos offers a catalog of more than forty reports covering sales, purchasing, stock, finance, payments, products, customers, and suppliers. Every report shares the same engine: relevant filters (date range, product, customer…), a results table, and sometimes a chart.

Exporting your data

Any report can be exported as CSV, PDF, or XLSX — to archive it, share it, or work with it in another tool.

A few examples

Among the available reports: sales by period or by customer, a supplier cost comparison, stock valuation, batches nearing expiry, overdue receivables and payables, cash flow, margin by product, inactive customers, or average lead time by supplier.

Finding the right report

The catalog can be filtered by domain (sales, purchasing, stock, finance, payments, products, customers, suppliers) and searched by keyword, to quickly find the right report among the full list.
