Create your company

Head to app.merakos.cloud/inscription and enter:

• your company name,
• your first and last name,
• your email address.

No password or payment information is required at this step.

Activate your account

You'll receive an activation email. Clicking the link lets you set your password and immediately access your workspace.

What's ready from day one

Your company starts with:

• the system roles (administrator, plus role-specific ones),
• common measurement units and VAT rates,

enough to create your first product record without any prior setup.

The free trial

Your company starts on a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. When the trial ends, nothing is cut off automatically: a banner lets you know the trial has ended, and moving to a paid plan stays a manual choice — see Pricing.

What's next

Once logged in, the usual next steps are inviting your team and checking your general settings.
