This policy describes how Reflect IT Service LLC ("Merakos", "we") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of visitors to merakos.cloud and users of the Merakos ERP application. It covers the marketing site; the application itself (app.merakos.cloud) may be governed by an additional document depending on your contract.

We collect data you provide directly (contact form: name, company, email, phone, message; trial signup: email, company name), plus limited technical data related to your browsing (language, theme, and currency preferences, remembered via cookies or your browser's local storage). We do not collect any payment data on this site.

We use your data to respond to your requests, create and manage your free trial, and — only if you consent via the cookie banner — measure site traffic or evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing.

Depending on the case, we rely on steps taken at your request prior to a contract (your contact or trial request), your consent (audience-measurement and advertising cookies), or our legitimate interest in keeping the site running securely.

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Trial-account data follows the lifecycle of your Merakos ERP account. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
